Does Starlink work at your place?

If it's in the Riverland or the Mallee, almost certainly yes. Order online through the link below and Starlink gives you a free month. It's cheaper than buying the kit in a shop, and the shop kit doesn't get the free month.

How it works

You order the kit yourself, so the free month applies. We do the mounting and cabling.

  1. Order through the link above. Starlink ships the kit, usually within a week. A kit from a shop does not qualify for the free month.
  2. Call us when the box arrives. We ask where the house, the sheds and the trees are and give you a price.
  3. We mount, cable and test. Roof or shed mount, weatherproof cable run, router where the signal is best.

Starlink installation cost

Starlink's own checkout offers an install: included on some plans, $69 on others. If your place is a plain roof mount, take it. Around the Riverland there is a fair chance it will be our crew who turns up to do it anyway.

Book us directly for the jobs that aren't plain: a shed or second house on the same dish, a long cable run, an old dish coming down, Wi-Fi that has to reach the packing room, or a Starlink Mini on a van.

Questions people ask

How much does Starlink installation cost in South Australia?

Starlink's own checkout offers a basic install: included on some plans, $69 on others. Our installs start from $450 inc GST for a roof mount and go up for sheds, long runs and whole-property Wi-Fi. Prices are on this page.

Is there a Starlink installer near me in the Riverland?

Yes. We are in Renmark and install across Renmark, Paringa, Berri, Barmera, Loxton, Waikerie and the blocks between, with Mildura by arrangement. Call 08 7501 6111.

How do I get the Starlink free month in Australia?

Order on starlink.com through a referral link, like the one on this page. You pay the first month and Starlink credits the second. It applies to every Residential plan and both Roam plans. Kits from a shop and account transfers don't qualify.

Starlink $0 upfront: rent or buy the kit?

In the Riverland the Residential kit is $0 upfront: it's a rental you return if you cancel. A boxed kit from a shop is $549 at full price and gets no free month. For a house, the online rental is the cheaper way in. For a caravan, the Roam kit is bought outright, from $289.

Starlink or Sky Muster?

For most people out here, Starlink. It is sold by speed tier rather than a data cap, and the delay on a video call is a fraction of a geostationary satellite's. There's a full comparison on our Sky Muster page, and Starlink refunds a returned kit inside 30 days.

Does Starlink work in the rain or on cloudy days?

Yes. Heavy storms can slow it for a few minutes; cloud and ordinary rain make no difference you'd notice. The dish heats itself to clear frost. What actually matters is a clear view of the sky, which is where the mount and the pole come in.

Can I buy the kit from you instead?

You can, but Starlink only gives the free month on orders placed on starlink.com through a referral link. Ordering direct also keeps the hardware warranty and the contract with Starlink.

Starlink's checkout offers its own install. Why use you?

If the job is a plain roof mount, take Starlink's install; around the Riverland it is often our crew doing those anyway. Book us directly for the rest: a shed or second house to feed, a long cable run, an old Sky Muster dish to remove, or Wi-Fi that has to reach a packing room.

Which plan should I pick?

Residential for a house or farm. Roam for a caravan, a truck or something that moves between properties. The free month applies to every Residential tier and to both Roam plans.

How long does an install take?

One to two hours for a roof mount, once the kit is at your place. Whole-property Wi-Fi is usually half a day.

What happens to my address when I type it in?

Nothing. The check runs in your browser against a list of towns inside this page. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Who we are
